Terms

Terms of use

These terms govern use of plumber361.com, the founding plumber pilot, and related call and Google Business Profile tools. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Effective August 13, 2026 · British Columbia, Canada

The service

Plumber361 provides customer-operations tools for local plumbing businesses: inbound call coverage under owner-approved rules, lead and appointment-request capture, and Google Business Profile operations the owner authorizes. It is not a plumbing contractor, dispatcher of record, law firm, or insurer.

The public website describes the product. A paid pilot or later subscription may add a written order with fees, usage allowances, and onboarding scope. If an order conflicts with these website terms, the order controls for that shop.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be able to form a contract and use the service for a legitimate plumbing business.
  • You are responsible for account credentials, approved knowledge, transfer numbers, and staff access.
  • Do not share a login across unrelated companies. Each organization stays isolated.

Owner-approved rules

You must supply accurate hours, service areas, emergency definitions, pricing language, warranties, and human escalation paths. Plumber361 will not invent prices, arrival times, discounts, or service promises. Exact claims must come from your approved data.

Outcomes such as “booked,” “dispatched,” “transferred,” “text sent,” or “lead saved” are shown or spoken only when the backing integration confirms success. Appointment requests may remain pending until your calendar or dispatch process confirms them.

Safety and prohibited uses

The service is not a substitute for emergency services. Callers with gas, carbon monoxide, fire, electrical, chemical, sewage, active flooding, or unsafe-access situations must be directed to emergency services or a human path according to your approved scripts.

You may not use Plumber361 to:

  • Diagnose repairs by phone or give technical repair instructions for hazardous work.
  • Gate, incentivize, or filter reviews so that only positive customers are asked to post publicly.
  • Access another organization’s data, probe the service, or bypass authentication.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use, including Google listing assets you do not control.

Calls, recordings, and messaging

If you enable call coverage, you are responsible for lawful recording notices, consent for texts, and privacy disclosures to your callers. You authorize us and our telephony processor to receive, transcribe, and store calls as needed to provide the service you configured.

Google Business Profile

Public Google listing lookup during onboarding reads information Google already makes available. Editing a Business Profile requires your explicit OAuth authorization. You remain the owner or manager of that listing. Google’s terms also apply. We do not promise ranking, review volume, or a specific number of jobs from Google.

Fees and pilots

Founding-pilot pricing, if offered, is stated on the website or in an order and excludes telephony usage unless the order says otherwise. Usage overages, numbers, and third-party voice minutes are billed as disclosed. Either party may stop a pilot according to the order; you remain responsible for usage already incurred.

Intellectual property

Plumber361 retains its software, prompts, brand, and documentation. You retain your business content, customer records, and Google listing assets. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide the service.

Confidentiality

Each side will protect the other’s non-public operating information. Call recordings, addresses, and customer phone numbers are treated as confidential customer-operations data of the relevant shop.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable coverage and will provide a rollback path to voicemail or a human number when you ask. We do not warrant uninterrupted service. Telephony, Google, and other networks can fail outside our control. We may update the product; material reductions to a paid plan will be communicated to the account email.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost jobs, missed emergencies, search ranking, or third-party outages.

Except for fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Plumber361 against claims arising from your plumbing work, your approved scripts and prices, your failure to provide required caller notices, or your misuse of Google or telephony access.

Termination

You may close an account by writing to hello@plumber361.com. We may suspend or end access for unpaid fees, abuse, safety risk, or legal requirement. After termination we will stop live call handling and Google edits for that shop and handle remaining data as described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any forum for unauthorized access or misuse of the service.
